Targeting European Shoppers

I am interested in building a resource for my company
that will help us target the European Web user. At
this time we are somewhat limited in our knowledge of
the best and most well respected Web sites in Europe.
I would like to get feedback from the European readers,
as well as those with significant experience buying
media overseas, as to what major sites you would use to
reach the following markets: Shoppers, sports
enthusiasts, women, technical professionals, small
business, enatertainment, and music lovers. If
possible, please break your lists down by the country
each site reaches. Thank you all very much in advance
