I don't *mind* if a search firm "sells keywords" -- so
long as they tell me upfront in a clear manner. Of
course, stores "sell" retail shelf space, also, and
most consumers don't know *this* either.

umm. About.Com may be a "big boy" in terms of
"eyeballs" -- but its success lies in 600+ individual,
entreprenuer, freelance contractors who provide the
content. Please Do Not lump about.com in the same
basket as ZDNet and Internet.Com - there truly is *no*
comparison.
