Don't know much abouy mySimon but a 3-12% CT rate is
quite good. Are they selling CT's or sales is the
question. Have you communicated that it's sales only
they will be judged on. Often publshers feel that a
3-12% ct rate is more than acceptable and do not feel
then that selling is there responsiblity but rather
that of the advertiser. The publisher sees his job as
delivering interested traffic and it ends there. If you
communicate to them that this is not how you think you
both may benefit from a more rewarding relationship.
