Tip - if your site is in your server with the
index.html, make sure you submit your site to the
engines with index.html at the end of your URL. I made
this mistake for the longest before someone on another
list I'm on corrected me. I kept submitting
http://www.chistell.com when I should have been
submitting http://www.chistell.com/index.html because
that's how my main page is listed in my server.

I couldn't figure out why the other pages to my site
came up in the engines but my main page didn't as I
don't use frames. Hope this tip helps someone.
