Selling Inventory

Greetings,

We were approached by a user of our site who asked if
we could help him sell some banner inventory. He owns
an Indy car team and he recently swapped ad space on
his car for 1/2 billion impressions on Idealab's new
EntryPoint system. (http://www.entrypoint.com) Since
he can't buy tires and fuel with banner impressions, he
is looking to sell the space. The catch is he doesn't
have the time to sell it in smaller chunks. He would
prefer to unload all of it to one or two buyers.

Is this something that is realistic? We have not been
involved with brokering a deal of this size before, so
any comments or suggestions from any list members
would be greatly appreciated.
