This is far too long for a description meta tag. You
are allowed less that 200 characters: about down to
your first period! And I have never seen the 3D
designation and am not sure that won't confuse the
robots. Proper meta tag formation is "<META
NAME="Description" CONTENT=""> " unless there is
something I'm unaware of.

As for keywords, use your most important one in your
title: like "Targeted Online Advertising". Then use
that again in your description meta tag and add a
couple more phrases to that that someone might actually
search for (if you don't know what people search for,
go to the search engine GoTo.com and click on "Manage
Your Account" then "Advertising Tools and Tips" then
"Search Term Suggestion List". Put in the word
"Advertising" and they will tell you how many people
asked them for that word last month. This should be
about the same percentage as the people who asked other
search engines for those terms. So you pick the
phrases that most represent your site from the ones
that people ask for the most.

Your keyword tag shouldn't have very many extra words
for the reason you thought --- dilution. I try to limit
the keyword tag to about 12-20 words.
