keywords, tags and engines

I really want to thank everyone for the help on several
of my questions. This is the best list I have found
and the help is great.

I have some other concerns search engines. I have seen
the reference to Web Position Gold several times and
just purchased it, so I am learning to use it. Soon
we will be moving our sight to a new domain but I have
been waiting until I get things as correct as I can
before resubmitting the new URL.

I had read that you can repeat keywords up to 4 times.
What is the best way to list keywords, just the ones
that are important (once) or repeat them to the limit?

I have also read that the number of times the keyword
is repeated in the body of the page gives it more
relevancy and thus places it higher in the engine, is
this true?

Is it smart to use separate keywords and titles for
each page that has different products. As an example
I sell dog supplements and dog harnesses, should the 2
pages be completely different in title, description
and keywords or is this spam?

Any help is very appreciated and thanks for a
informative list such as this.
