Depends on how your affiliates are linking to you. If
the links go to your domain directly, such as:
http://www.ourwebsite.com/affiliates/linkthrough.cgi?wh
atever

Then more likely than not, yes. If they go through 3rd
party tracking software first, such as:
http://www.linksynergy.com/goto.cgi?23lkJLDKJ233lkjLDKJ

Then no.
