email marketing software suggestions

Hello -

I am looking for recommendations on off the shelf email
marketing software applications that will allow me to
automatically capture addresses submitted through
contact forms on my site, manage those addresses along
with other important customer info, and allow me to
filter that info in order to send email messages to a
given group of customers/prospects. Ideally the
package would combine good database facilities with
this email capability.
