Interesting Twist to BANNER ADVERTISING

Unless I'm missing something, this sounds like a
copyright violation. Unless you mean that you would be
doing this under contract witih specific web sites who
agreed to let you swap ads (presumably on some sort of
revenue sharing basis) this would be no different from
illegally copying content from other providers and
reselling it under your own name. You would be
depriving them of revenues. While you might "own" any
customers on your private dialup network, you certainly
couldn't claim any ownership rights in any web content
they chose to view on other people's sites.
