The session synopsis was as follows: Our industry is once again booming, with companies being acquired for many hundreds of millions of dollars, and stock prices of industry leaders heading into the stratosphere. In this session, we will help you sort through all the noise to look at the spectrum of public companies and upcoming IPOs in the industry, and how you can evaluate their prospects. We will also look at the M&A deal flow for the interactive space, examining who is being acquired and who is acquiring. Cliff Kurtzman

Dr. Cliff Kurtzman is CEO of ADASTRO Incorporated, an organization that provides corporate value enhancement consulting services that include working with online marketing companies to increase their value at sale, acquisition or IPO, and working with acquirers to help them grow through strategic acquisitions. ADASTRO help organizations that want to transcend the ordinary and become something truly extraordinary. Cliff also serves as moderator of the Online Advertising Discussion List, the leading industry forum for the community discussion of online advertising strategies, and as Executive Director of the social engagement venture MyCityRocks. Cliff earned Ph.D. and S.M. degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a B.S. degree from UCLA. William Morrison is a Director and Senior Analyst covering the Internet and digital media for JMP Securities.
